"I bought a shed to use as my glass studio where I build stained glass panels and do some lampwork. Ethan came out took time to understand my needs, educate me on what I needed and why. The day of the install I received phone calls about arrival time instead of wondering if or when he was going to show up. I'm the type with a million and 1 questions and he took time to answer them with out being annoyed or upset about it.
